Becho - Sikho ! . Sell and Learn ..! 

Why to feel SHY for selling ? Why to FEAR Learning by  Selling mode ?..

There are so many funniest questions that I faced whenever I shared Mandi mode of learning... Becho - Sikho ..Here is the list ..

  1. What to sell ? Why to sell ?. How to sell ?
  2. Why only selling act ? Why not something else that can be done ?
  3. Who is expected to sell ? When, where, to whom to sell ?
  4. Who gets the benefits / rewards of Selling ?
  5. What is the sequence .. Learning and Selling Vs. Selling and Learning . 
  6. If nothing is learned, then how come selling is possible for a learner ?
  7. Is it not needed some time gap between learning and selling ? How quickly / late that selling need to be done ?
  8. If a learner cannot sell, because s/he is incapable of selling, or some other reason, then, what to do !
  9. Is it compulsory for every learner - Rich / poor;  boys / girls , technical / non technical ; Rural / Urban; Young / Old ; Arts/ social sciences .. every student to sell ?
  10. What a student gets,  by  selling ones learning ?
  11. Why learning and selling need to be the same ? Why not they be two different things ?
  12. What about a case where a learner sells without learning ?
  13. ( The issue is not if people in the world resort to selling without learning. That is their choice. and it is also the karma of those who buy !  The issue if a person resort to selling for learning then there is benefit and reward for that person . It is left to all those sellers who dont bother about learning ) 
  14. What about a case where a learner is interested only in learning but disinterested in selling ?
  15. Is it not selling of ones own learning slows down ones learning ?
  16. ( In short term it might happen. In reality it is good if selling lead to slows down of learning. This cannot be a conern. The real concern is whether or not selling leading to learning or not. Never, selling  will become a blockade for learning !.. It always leads to better and improved learning ) 
  17. Is it that the learners who sell will get  diverted from learning due to the very act of  selling ?
  18. Is there scope, time, provision is made as part of curriculur learning  supporting the act of selling for learning ?
  19. What about a case where in a learner is only interested in selling but disinterested in learning ?
  20.  What percentage of learning one need to sell ? Is it 100 % , 50 %, > 100 % ? What is the ideal limit for selling ?
  21. Who will teach to the learner how to do selling ?
  22. Is that the learners need to do selling individually, or collectively in groups ? 
Mandi Story: 
Bech ke Seekhna told the teacher to the student. 
Then student asked the teacher back ' What is to be sold and Why to Sell ?
  1. Teacher told :

    - Purpose / Reason for Selling  is LEARNING.. This is the answer for why !

    - For what to sell -  There are many things a student can sell.

    But the ideal thing that a student must sell is decided by what the student want to learn. The best thing that a student can sell is the particular subject that the student chose to learn !.

    If a student want to learn hard ware, then,  the student need to sell hardware !

    Bech ke Sekho ! .... Bechna Seekhne  ke liye !  

    ( Two  things which are NOT TRUE are ! .

    Seekh ke,  Bechna !  Aur,   Seekhna Bechne Ke liye !  )

  7. Becha  aur Nahi seekha  ....Ye padai hai ! 

  8. Becha aur seekha .. Ye aasli padai hai !
In my view these are so simple to answer !
